[ Multisensory Practice.
Art as Threshold. Presence as Form. ]
My dream is to create immersive worlds and objects that awaken people — to help them feel, think, and remember who they are.
Through exhibitions, books, design, performances, and collaborations, I create spaces that shift perception.

[ about ]
Maria Hoffmann is a multisensory artist and writer exploring the thresholds between sound and silence, visibility and invisibility, form and field. Founder of The Quantum Lab, her work spans installation, voice, poetic text, and sensory environments — creating immersive experiences that evoke presence, attunement, and inner transformation. Shaped by life across seven countries, her practice bridges ritual and contemporary form, positioning art as both sanctuary and portal for expanded sensibility and embodied evolution.

[ PORTFOLIO ]
In dialogue with evolving global movements toward post-material practices, spiritual minimalism, and somatic aesthetics, these projects respond to the question:

[ How can art become a site of subtle encounter — a threshold between what is felt and what is visible? ]

Projects are presented in chronological order, reflecting the organic evolution of form, medium, and frequency over time.
This body of work traces the unfolding of my practice at the intersection of multisensory art, ritual, and poetic attunement. Each project invites reflection, slowness, and inner stillness.
The expanded language of contemporary installation informs my work, which explores spatial forms and sensory dimensions.

Drawing from sonic textures, image, scent, movement, and text, I create living worlds that engage both individual and collective experience.

I create immersive, multisensory works that explore the invisible architecture of human consciousness. Spaces of memory, presence, and metamorphosis become a portal — an invitation to feel the unseen, remember the sacred, and return to wholeness.

With a background in spiritual mentorship, energy healing, and poetic narrative, I now bring this lived wisdom into the language of contemporary art — merging subtle frequency with social imagination.
[ How can we hold space for what cannot be seen?
And how might art become a living map to the soul? ]
My vision lives between ritual and conceptual installation, offering alternative access points to awareness and being — creating moments where audiences can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience inner renewal.
